JACO Powerlines is fully equipped and staffed for any and all distribution and transmission work (60kv, 120kv, 138kv and 240kv). We pride ourselves in having competent qualified employees in all aspects of our work. In that time JACO has had no lost time accidents. JACO has been affiliated with I B E W Local 258 since the company started. We carry complete liability insurance and are fully bondable. JACO Powerlines Ltd was established in 1980 as an "unrestricted" Class "A" licensed high voltage contracting company, registered in British Columbia, Canada. Underground is also done by JACO. Our specialty is off road powerline construction and repairs. We are experienced in design, and construction for all wood polelines, repair, maintenance, including hot stick work. JACO's primary customer for the past twenty-one years has been SC Hyaro, to Vancouver Island, and Powell River, Fernie, Fort St. John, covering areas from Prince Rupert, our home base.
